Sometimes the transition from one season to the next is gradual, and sometimes the transition is sudden. A crisp chill in the air is a distinct sign that autumn has arrived. So, it's time to light the fire in our fireplaces.

Oh the chill is definitely in the air and so is the discovery that the furnace is on the fritz :/ A fire sounds quite inviting right now!

I wish my fireplace were that beautiful. Its been getting cold here during the evening, but the days are definitely still warm, which is not typical for my area.
